How to use Trip Planner

Trip Planner lets members organize trips with destinations, dates, day-by-day itineraries, and budgets, all tracked through their lifecycle.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Trip Planner -> toggle on.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /trips from the community navigation.

What you can do

  • Browse trip cards showing each trip's title, destination, date range, number of itinerary days, and budget.
  • Read the stat cards: Total Trips, Upcoming, Completed, and number of Countries.
  • Filter trips by status with the All, Planning, Upcoming, Ongoing, and Completed tabs.
  • Click Plan Trip to create a new trip.
  • See an empty-state prompt inviting you to plan your first trip.
