The AI Owner Copilot is a chat-driven admin assistant built into your community. Instead of clicking through menus, you tell it what you want and it does the work — safely. This page explains its capabilities, its guardrails, and where its limits are.

The model: 18 typed actions

The Copilot doesn't run arbitrary commands. It executes a fixed set of 18 typed actions — each a well-defined operation on your community. In practice, it can:

Create channels and organize spaces.
Configure gamification — XP rules, levels, badges, challenges, leaderboards.
Set up courses and lessons in the LMS.
Run analytics — growth, retention, revenue, engagement summaries.
Toggle modules from the Module Store on or off.
Invite admins to help you run the community.

Because every action is typed, the Copilot's behavior is predictable: it can only do things the platform already supports, never something off-spec.

The guardrails: confirmation gates

Before any change that affects your community, the Copilot shows a confirmation gate — a clear summary of what it's about to do. Nothing happens until you confirm. This means you can explore freely ("what would it look like if…") without risk of an accidental change.

The safety net: audit log

Every confirmed action is written to an audit log in Admin → AI Copilot → Audit Log. You can see what changed, when, and who triggered it. If something looks off, you have a complete trail to review and reverse.

What it is not

To set expectations clearly:

It is not an always-on autonomous agent — it acts when you ask and confirm.
It works through your normal owner sign-in (email or Google); there's no separate SAML login.
It operates only on features that exist in your community — it won't invent capabilities.

Why this design
