Invite members
Grow your community by inviting people directly. All invitations are managed from Admin → Members.
Invite one person
- Go to Admin → Members.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the person's email address.
- (Optional) Set their role to member or admin. Defaults to member.
- Click Send invite.
They receive an email with a join link. New members land in your onboarding flow before reaching the community.
Invite in bulk
For onboarding a list at once:
- Go to Admin → Members → Bulk invite.
- Paste email addresses (one per line) or upload a CSV with an
emailcolumn. - Choose the role applied to all invited people.
- Click Send invites.
Bonfire skips addresses that are already members and reports how many invites were sent.
Share a join link
Prefer self-serve? Members can also sign in with email or Google from your community URL (subdomain or custom domain). Combine this with paid tiers to gate access automatically.
Track invitations
In Admin → Members, filter by status to see Pending invites. Resend or revoke any invite that hasn't been accepted.
Tip: Ask the AI Owner Copilot to "invite these admins" and confirm the action — it runs the same invite flow with an audit log entry.
