How to use Tech Radar

Tech Radar plots the technologies your community cares about onto a radar by adoption ring, helping everyone stay aligned on what to use, try, or avoid.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Tech Radar -> toggle on.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /tech-radar from the community navigation.

What you can do

  • Add a technology with the Add button (name, category, adoption ring, and description).
  • View entries placed on the radar across four rings: Adopt, Trial, Assess, and Hold.
  • Filter technologies by category (languages, frameworks, tools, platforms).
  • Vote on technologies when voting is enabled by the owner.
