How to use Team Roster

Team Roster is a member directory that shows who's who — their role, team, skills, timezone, and availability status.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Team Roster -> toggle on.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /roster from the community navigation.

What you can do

  • Add yourself to the roster with the Add button: enter your display name, role, team, skills, timezone, status, and bio.
  • Search members by name, role, or skill in the search box.
  • Filter by status (Active / Away / Offline), by team, or by role.
  • Edit your own entry with the pencil icon, or remove it with the delete icon.
  • The Module Store (Admin -> Module Store)
