How to use Strategy Wiki

Strategy Wiki is a shared knowledge base for your community's playbooks, SOPs, and internal docs, organized into categories.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Strategy Wiki -> toggle on. Requires the Business plan or higher.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /wiki from the community navigation.

What you can do

  • See the stat cards: total pages, categories, pinned, and contributors.
  • Create a page (when allowed): enter a page title, a category, comma-separated tags, and the page content.
  • Search across pages and tags using the search box, and narrow results with the category filter tabs.
  • Pin important pages so they surface first, and edit a page you have access to.
  • Open any page to read its content; use Try again if a load fails.
