How to use Review System

Review System is a universal rating engine: members write star-rated reviews of products, services, events, other members, or anything else in the community.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Review System -> toggle on.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /reviews from the community navigation.

What you can do

  • See stat cards for total reviews, average rating, number of reviewers, and reviews this week.
  • Search reviews and filter by subject type tabs (Product, Service, Event, Member, Other) or by star rating.
  • Click Write Review to open the modal, pick a subject type, name the subject, add a title, set a 1-5 star rating, and write your review.
  • Mark any review as helpful with the Helpful button to bump its count.
  • Delete your own reviews with the trash button.
