How to use Pronunciation Practice

Build a community library of tricky words and phrases with phonetic guides and tips, and track how often you practise each one.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Pronunciation Practice -> toggle on.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /pronunciation from the community navigation.

What you can do

• Click Add Word to open the form and enter the Word, Phonetic spelling, Language, Difficulty (easy/medium/hard), Tips, and an optional Audio URL.
• Press the Practice button on a card to log a rep — the count next to it goes up.
• Search words and phonetics with the search box.
• Filter by difficulty (All / Easy / Medium / Hard) and by language.
• Read top stats: Total Words, Practiced, Languages, and Hard Words.
• Edit (pencil) or delete (trash) the words you added.
