How to use Profit Calculator
Profit Calculator helps members work out pricing maths — margin, markup, ROI, and break-even — and optionally save scenarios for later.
Enable it
Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Profit Calculator -> toggle on. Requires the Pro plan or higher.
Where to find it
Once enabled, members open it at /profit-calculator from the community navigation.
What you can do
- Pick a mode: Margin, Markup, ROI, or Break-even.
- For margin/markup, enter Total revenue and Cost of goods to see gross profit, margin %, and a tier classification.
- For ROI, enter Initial investment, Total return, and Timeframe (months) to get ROI and annualized return.
- For break-even, enter Fixed costs, Price per unit, and Variable cost per unit to find units and revenue to break even.
- Results update live as you type. Use Copy summary, or Save scenario to store it and Load scenario later.
