How to use Product Research
Product Research lets the community track product ideas — rating their market size, competition, and potential — in one shared board.
Enable it
Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Product Research -> toggle on.
Where to find it
Once enabled, members open it at /product-research from the community navigation.
What you can do
- Click Add research to open the form, enter a Product name and Category, pick a Competition level (low, medium, high), and set a Potential score (0–10).
- Add optional Market size, a Source URL, Tags, and Notes.
- Browse the cards, each showing a score bar, competition badge, source domain, and a High potential flag at score 7+.
- Filter by competition or category and sort by highest score, lowest competition, or newest.
- Read the stat cards: Total, Categories, Avg score, and High potential, and edit or delete your own entries.
