How to use Process Videos

Process Videos is a shared library where members post tutorial and process videos with categories, durations, and difficulty levels.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Process Videos -> toggle on.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /process-videos from the community navigation.

What you can do

• Click Add video to open the form, then enter a Title, Description, URL, Duration (in seconds), Category, and a Difficulty (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
• Browse the video grid and click any title to open its link in a new tab.
• Filter by difficulty level and by category, and read the Total, Categories, Views, and Likes stat cards.
• Edit or delete videos you added (admins can manage any) using the pencil and trash icons.
