How to use Pet Sitting

Pet Sitting is a community exchange board where members can see pet sitting requests, their dates, and whether they're open, active, completed, or cancelled.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Pet Sitting -> toggle on.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /pet-sitting from the community navigation.

What you can do

  • View summary stats: open requests, active sits, completed sits, and number of sitters.
  • Browse the request list, each card showing the pet (with an emoji by type), the date range, notes, and a status badge.
  • Filter the list by status using the All / Open / Active / Completed / Cancelled buttons.
  • Use the New Request button to start posting a sitting request.
