How to use Nutrition Tracker
Log what you eat each day and watch your calories, protein, carbs, and fat add up toward your targets.
Enable it
Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Nutrition Tracker -> toggle on.
Where to find it
Once enabled, members open it at /nutrition from the community navigation.
What you can do
- Click Log Meal to open the form and record a food entry.
- Enter the food name and grams, pick a meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack), and add an optional note.
- Track your daily totals against targets for calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
- See your macro breakdown (protein, carbs, fat) on the visual chart.
- Review your recent days of intake in the history view.
- Edit or delete any logged meal with its edit and trash icons.
