How to use Mastermind Groups

Mastermind Groups help small accountability circles run structured hot seats, track shared goals, and keep members showing up.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Mastermind Groups -> toggle on. Requires the Business plan or higher.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /masterminds from the community navigation.

What you can do

  • Click New group to create a group: give it a name, pick a cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly), choose a color, and add a description.
  • Open any group card to see its members, goals, and hot seats.
  • Add goals to a group and click a goal to cycle its status (on-track, at-risk, behind, done); delete goals you no longer need.
  • Add hot seats, vote on them, and remove them.
  • Track each member's check-in streak and attendance from the group view.
