How to use KPI Dashboard

KPI Dashboard lets you define the metrics that matter, set a target for each, and log values over time to watch your trends with sparklines.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find KPI Dashboard -> toggle on. Requires the Pro plan or higher.

Once enabled, members open it at /kpis from the community navigation.

Review the summary strip: Total KPIs, On Target, Off Target, and Trending Up.
Add a metric with the New KPI button, setting Name, Target, Unit (Count, USD, Percent, Hours), Format, Category, and goal direction (Up is good / Down is good).
Record a value with Log today's value on any card; it updates the current value, delta, and sparkline.
Filter by mode (All / On Target / Off Target) and by category pills.
Delete a KPI from its card (a confirm prompt appears).
