How to use Event Calendar

The Event Calendar is where members find upcoming community events, RSVP, and join live sessions.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Event Calendar -> toggle on. Requires the Growth plan or higher.

Where to find it

Once enabled, members open it at /events from the community navigation.

What you can do

  • Switch between Month, Week, and List views, and step through months with the arrow buttons.
  • Click New Event, then enter a Title (required), Description, Date and Time, pick a type (Online, In person, Hybrid), add a Location/URL, and set Max attendees, then submit.
  • On any event in list view, click RSVP to attend (or cancel your RSVP).
  • Join an event's live stream with the Join Live button when a session is running.
  • Event owners and admins can Start Live with a room URL, and delete events.
  • The Module Store (Admin -> Module Store)
