How to use Cross Analytics

Cross Analytics lets you build simple dashboards of the metrics that matter to your community and see how each one moved versus the previous period.

Enable it

Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Cross Analytics -> toggle on. Requires the Business plan or higher.

Once enabled, members open it at /analytics from the community navigation.

See top-line stats: number of Dashboards, Metrics Tracked, Categories, and Updated Today.
Filter dashboards by period (All periods, Daily, Weekly, Monthly) or by category.
Click New Dashboard to open the editor: enter a Title, pick a Period, set a Category, then + Add metric with a name, current value, previous value and unit.
Save with Create Dashboard; each metric card shows the percentage change vs the previous value.
Hover a dashboard card to edit (pencil) or delete (trash) it.
