How to use Content Calendar
The Content Calendar helps you plan posts, videos and newsletters on a month grid so you always know what is scheduled and what still needs work.
Enable it
Owners turn this on from Admin -> Module Store -> find Content Calendar -> toggle on. Requires the Business plan or higher.
Where to find it
Once enabled, members open it at /content-calendar from the community navigation.
What you can do
- Browse a monthly calendar of your scheduled content, with an icon and status dot on each item.
- Move between months using the left and right arrows above the grid.
- Open the New Content Item form to add a piece.
- Set a Title (required), pick a Type (post, video, story, reel, newsletter, blog), choose a Status (draft or scheduled), enter a Platform, a Schedule date, and Notes, then click Create Item.
- Click any item on the calendar to open its detail page.
