Spaces & Channels

This admin page is where you structure your community into groups (categories) and the spaces (channels) inside them.

Open it from Admin -> Spaces (the route is /admin/spaces).

What you can do here

Add a group with Add group, then add spaces inside it with Add space, choosing an emoji icon and a type.
Pick a space type: Discussion, Forum, Announcement, Resource, Events, Course, Voice, or Page.
Rename any group or space by double-clicking its name.
Drag groups and spaces by the handle to reorder them.
Click a space to open its settings panel and edit name, icon, description, type, and access level (Public, Members, Premium, or Custom).
Delete a single space or group, or check several spaces and use the bulk Delete bar.

Spaces with no group appear in an "Uncategorized" bucket — assign them a group to keep things tidy.
New spaces default to the Members access level until you change it in settings.
