Pending Claims

This page lets platform admins review ownership claims that community owners have submitted for marketplace listings.

Open it from Admin -> Pending claims (the route is /admin/marketplace/claims).

What you can do here

See a list of all claims still waiting for review, with their title and slug.
View the claimant's email (or user ID) and the date the claim was submitted.
Open the listing's public page in a new tab to verify it before deciding.
Approve a claim to confirm the owner's claim over the listing.
Reject a claim if it shouldn't be granted.

Tips

Approving or rejecting removes the claim from the pending list immediately.
Use the external-link icon to check the live page at onbonfire.com/c/[slug] before approving.
