Copilot Audit Trail

This admin page is a read-only log of every action the Owner Copilot has performed on your community. Use it to see exactly what the assistant did and whether it succeeded.

Open it from Admin -> Copilot Audit (the route is /admin/copilot/audit).

What you can do here

  • See summary stats for the recent window: total actions, executed, failed, and pending approval counts.
  • View the most used tools as chips, and click one to filter the log to that tool.
  • Filter the log by status: executed, failed, pending approval, approved, or rejected.
  • Browse the action list showing each tool used, its status, who triggered it, and how long ago.
  • Expand any action to inspect its full input, output, error message (if any), ID, conversation, and timestamp.

Tips

  • The log is read-only — you can review actions but not edit or undo them here.
  • Clear an active tool filter with the "Clear tool" link to see all actions again.
