Member Retention

This admin page shows the health of your membership and flags members who may be drifting away, so you can reach out before they leave.

Open it from Admin -> Churn (the route is /admin/churn).

What you can do here

See the member health distribution bar broken into four states: Healthy, At risk, Churning, and Churned, each with a count.
Review the Members needing attention list, showing each at-risk member with their health score and risk level.
See each flagged member's plan badge alongside their name.
Trigger re-engagement for a member with one click: send a notification (bell), an email, or a direct message (DM).

Tips

An empty list means every member is currently healthy — nothing to act on.
Use the lightest touch first (notification) before escalating to email or DM.
