AI Assistant

Configure your community's AI-powered features: the chatbot, automatic knowledge extraction, and content moderation. This page requires the Growth plan or above.

Open it from Admin -> AI (the route is /admin/ai).

What you can do here

  • Community Chatbot — toggle the assistant on or off, set its bot name, and write a personality prompt. The bot answers member questions using your content (posts, courses, FAQs).
  • Knowledge Extraction — toggle automatic extraction on or off, turn on "Auto-extract from discussions" so upvoted answers become verified knowledge, and set the minimum upvotes needed to verify an answer.
  • AI Moderation — toggle moderation on, then enable Spam detection, Toxicity filter, and Off-topic detection individually.
  • AI Usage — view this month's messages, your monthly limit, and current usage percentage.

Tips

  • Toggle changes save automatically; a "Saving / Saved" badge confirms each change.
  • Raise the "Min upvotes to verify" value if low-quality answers are being added to your knowledge base.
